• Optional display name: if you register, the name you choose is stored locally in your browser. It never leaves your device unless you tell us.
• Contact messages: if you email us or use the contact form via email, we receive the name, email address and message you provide so we can reply.

We do not require deposits, payment details, or identity documents, because there is no real money involved anywhere on Nativita.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
• We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
• We do not detect your location, IP, or device for targeting purposes.

How we use information

Any information you send us is used only to respond to your enquiry and to keep the service running smoothly. We retain contact emails only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold, to object to processing, and to request portability. Since your display name lives on your own device, you can remove it instantly by logging out. For anything else, contact us.

Children

Nativita is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
